[ what ] introducing assets to an existing game • [ when ] spring 2021

[ prompt ] produce a plan + media for a narrative-driven redesign of a classic video game

 

the idea behind this twisted remake is less arcade and more arendt.

​

at the start of each round, players are prompted to "feed the man." after several turns of guiding pac-man through a mazeless void, the titular character starts glitching. what's in those pellets anyway? 

​

"hunger" combines classic game mechanics with ethical dilemmas just like the kids love!
